Who needs a gym membership when you have access to Freeletics Bodyweight? This fitness app gives you access to workouts that require no equipment – at home, in the park or in a hotel room.
All you need is your device, and the app will generate workouts for you they use just your bodyweight for training. Helpful videos of all the exercises make sure you can maintain form and perform all the exercises correctly.
When you first enter the app, you’ll be able to take a fitness test in the Coach section. This will ask you to fill in some information about your current fitness levels, your weight and height before setting you some exercises to perform. Depending on your results, it will then generate a training regime for you got the week ahead.
Don’t worry if it all sounds too much, you can tell the app how often you think you’ll be able to train this week and it will fit the plan around you.
If you’d rather target specific muscle groups or create your own workout with select exercises, you can do this too. Or, train ad-hoc, picking from the apps catalogue of powerful-sounding workouts to suit your needs. Try Hades, a full body workout or Prometheus, a lower body and Corr workout. You’ll be looking like the Greek gods or the heroes they’re named after in no time.
