Appointments

Appointments can be made available outside of opening hours by special request.
Please note, clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout their appointment.
Clients will be asked to complete a short screening document at their first appointment. Equally, you can fill this out prior to your appointment here. Please note that no information shall be shared with any third parties.

Our Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that at least 24 hours’ notice is provided if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Missed appointments without notice may also be charged in full.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients. In these cases, the full appointment fee will still apply.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will always consider these on a case-by-case basis.
